We started Freestar to give people an alcohol free beer that tastes great and that you would be proud to hold in your hand. That combination gives you genuine choice — the freedom to choose what you want, when you want it, whether that has alcohol in it or not.

To make Freestar exceptional, we set out to do something radical that had never been done before: create an alcohol free beer without ever producing alcohol, so nothing would have to be removed. That way it would be better for taste AND better for the planet.

The result is an award winning alcohol free beer made with the same ingredients you find in alcoholic beer: malted barley, hops and water; we just don’t use yeast, which is what ferments into alcohol. Instead we blend our base with other natural ingredients to build up the delicious and complex flavour of alcoholic beer. We hope you enjoy!
